I aim to respond to commission requests within 48 hours.✦ Sketch Phase ✦
Once your commission is confirmed, I will promptly begin working on the initial sketches.✦ Feedback and Revisions ✦
I will send you the sketches for feedback. You are entitled to as many revisions as you need for the artwork to align with your vision.✦ Payment Process ✦
Upon sketch approval, the remaining invoice must be paid before I proceed with the final lineart and coloring.✦ Delivery ✦
Your finished artwork will be delivered through Discord or email. Digital files will be provided in PNGs.
Terms of service
Please read carefully before commissioning me
By commissioning me in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service.
General
- Please write in a clear and nice manner.
- The artist has the right to decline the commission if no payment has been received.
- The artist has the right to cancel the commission at any point if the commissioner fails to follow the terms agreed upon.
Usage policy
- The artwork is for personal use unless agreed otherwise.
- You can print the art, and claim the right of their characters.
- You can use the art to promote yourself with proper credit given to the artist.
Important
- Please don't reproduce/use the artwork commercially without my consent.
- Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with the artist prior to the commission.
Payment
- Payments are done through PayPal invoices only.
- A 50% deposit of the payment is required before the artist can start on the commission, meaning, the artist will not start working on the commission unless payment has been received.
- A full upfront payment is favourable but not required.
- If the commissioner is satisfied with the sketches, they are expected to pay the invoice fully.
Refund Policy
- The commissioner has the right to ask for a refund before the sketches are approved.
- If the artist hasn't started on the commission yet, the commissioner will be eligible for a full refund, excluding Paypal fees.
- If the artist has already started working on the commission, only 50% of the total will be refunded for the artist's time.
- Once the commission is finished, there will be no refund.
